I have been thinking about getting a tatoo of my mom's signature- just her first name-- as a reminder of her strength, determination and love. Not sure where I want to put it. I keep thinking my wrist or arm- shannon sez my ankle so I can cover it if I want to. I suppose I could just get a nice pc of jewlery hmmmm.
I need to send Karol my ring. that's all for now.

Green is out of Control
When my oldest was in second grade the class assignment was to write poetry about colors. Of course I still have the book he wrote but also the memories. My favorites are : You can feel purple in a field of violets and green is out of control.
That son lives in NY now, Brooklyn to be exact. I plan to visit this year. Aiming for september. He's a busy guy. Has a girlfriend that lives in Manahattan that I've never met. A job with the rainforest alliance that has meaning and challenge for him. I'm delighted that he is chasing his dreams.
A solid week of rain. You want lakes? you gotta have rain. Today the sun shines at last. I can tell Michigan is trying to kiss and make up now. Remind us of why we love her. I sometimes forget that there are so many other places in the world that are as blue and green as our MI.
I am finishing school before my hair goes all the way gray. sheez took me long enough. I have been in toolworld for so long I am ready to pursue women and gender studies. I'm pretty confident there won't be a single stupid ass engineer in the room. Linear thinking bastards. Automotive has proven to me that women are still the supports and men the decoration.
